작품 반입·포장·운송·설치 전후에 작품 표면과 외관 상태를 육안으로 확인하고 필요한 사진을 기록합니다. 손상이나 특이사항이 보이는 경우 해당 부위를 별도로 촬영해 작업 전 상태를 확인할 수 있도록 합니다.
Before and after intake, packing, transport or installation, we visually inspect the artwork's surface and overall appearance and record relevant photographs. Any visible damage or unusual condition is documented with additional close-up images.

세부 부위 촬영Detail photography표면, 모서리, 프레임 등 특이사항을 가까이 촬영합니다.Photograph relevant surface, corner or frame details at close range.

작업 전후 기록Before / after record필요 시 포장·운송·설치 전후 상태를 비교할 수 있도록 기록합니다.Where required, keep a visual record for comparison before and after handling.

작품 크기와 중량, 표면 상태, 돌출부와 취약부를 확인한 후 내부 보호재와 외부 Crate를 결정합니다. 단순한 상자가 아니라 운송 과정 전체를 고려한 포장입니다.
We assess size, weight, surface condition, projections and vulnerable areas before choosing internal protection and the outer crate. Packing is designed for the whole transport process.

Installation
설치는 마지막 운송입니다.Installation is the final move.
작품이 현장에 도착한 뒤에도 안전한 이동, 높이와 중심선 확인, 벽체 상태와 고정 방식까지 확인해야 작업이 끝납니다.
Arrival is not the end. Safe positioning, height and center-line checks, wall conditions and fixing methods all matter before the work is complete.

artwork storage management
작품 반입 시 QR 코드를 자동 생성·부착하고, 보관 위치와 입·출고 이력을 시스템으로 관리합니다. 작품 한 점마다 고유한 정보를 연결해 현장에서 빠르게 확인할 수 있습니다.
At intake, a QR code is automatically generated and attached to each artwork. Storage location and inbound/outbound history are then managed through our system for fast on-site identification.

작품 번호, 작가, 작품명, 이미지, 보관 위치와 상태를 하나의 QR 코드에 연결합니다. 휴대폰으로 QR을 확인하면 필요한 작품 정보를 빠르게 확인할 수 있고, 반입·출고 이력과 인수자 서명까지 함께 관리할 수 있습니다.
Artwork number, artist, title, image, location and status are linked to one QR record. A mobile scan provides immediate access to essential information, while inbound/outbound history and recipient signatures are managed in the same workflow.
